25 minutes for a 5k isn't all that bad. Yes, it's slow, but a better score isn't that far with a little more work. On a slow day, I'll run a 5k in 25 minutes, especially if I haven't been running faithfully.

I am so addicted to Costco, mommy and I share a 2% back membership . Between the two of us, we have been able to use that money to pay for the full membership renewal.

Before the app, they need to make their website mobile friendly. And speaking of Redbox, the users of Redbox need to learn to respect people's personal space. I hate when I'm trying to make my selection and the person waiting is breathing down my back looking at the pictures on the machine. But maybe that's the price you pay when your fee is $1/day or free.

In reality, you will still be a high earner. A lot of people need to understand that $7500 grant (tax credit) that the government is giving to first time home buyers. You get the tax break but in reality you pay back the $7500 over a few years. What ends up happening is it helps to lower your income over the next 5 or 6 years until the $7500 is paid back.
